Individual psychotherapy (talk therapy) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

Psychotherapy can help eliminate or help you better handle troubling symptoms so a you can learn how to take control of your life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills

✔You worry excessively, expect the worst, or are constantly on edge

✔Your actions, such as drinking too much alcohol, using drugs, or being aggressive, are harming you or others
