INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Individual psychotherapy (talk therapy) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.
Psychotherapy can help eliminate or help you better handle troubling symptoms so a you can learn how to take control of your life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills.

I provide individual psychotherapy to adults (18 years and older) who are struggling with a broad range of mental health, substance use, and emotional difficulties.
