Convenient

You can engage in services from a private location of your choosing (home, work​, etc.). You also don’t have to worry about getting dressed and driving across town for an appointment. No more spending time in a waiting room when you can be done in an hour and back to your life. You don't have to find a babysitter, just put the kids to bed and take care of your needs.  Offering Online Therapy has allowed me to provide therapy safely during the pandemic as well given more people the opportunity to engage in my services, especially those working from home.

Effective

Online psycho​therapy is just as effective as meeting with a therapist in an office. It is no​t a substitute for or Office-based therapy.

Flexible

You are not restricted to having to meet during traditional office hours (i.e. 8-5) or Monday through Friday only. I have evening 

appointments available which will make it more convenient for you and your family.

Accessible To All

Those of you who may have physical limitations and are home-bound can now engage in therapy services. Therapy services can also be provided to persons living in other countries. All you need is reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or tablet!

How Does It Work?

After your appointment is scheduled with me, I'll e-mail you a link to set up your client portal. You will be able to complete the intake paperwork prior to your first session, make payments, schedule ​and cancel your appointments. You can also send me secure messages. Your client portal can be accessed from any device at anytime you choose. A few minutes before your session, you'll simply click on a link to begin the session. We will have our therapy sessions on a secure connection to ensure your privacy.

2.. Click on orange box that says "60 minutes"

3.  A calendar will appear with date and time that I am available.

4.  Click on the blue box that has the time.  A white box will appear that says "Schedule a Meeting".  

      Please input all the requested information in the box.  Click "Schedule Now" at the bottom.

5. Please include in "reason for contact section" the name of your insurance company if you plan to use your benefits..
